The property is located in a rural area just 5 km from Lake Maggiore and inside it boasts a large fenced park of 5 hectares, distributed between a large garden and a characteristic private forest, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation in contact with nature. Inside the property there is also an American blueberry plantation that surrounds beautiful meadows.
The accommodation has been appropriately furnished to enhance the rustic features of the farmhouse: thick walls, which ensure an efficient thermal barrier, and original ceilings manufactured with rare exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there are: private entrance, spacious living room with fireplace and large double sofa bed, equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
